From Founder
It's never been a better time to be a writer-or aspire to be one. I have always had a passion for writing. Helping others to fulfill their visions of publishing has been a dream come true for me.

Our Story
Generating a variety of excellent authors that are recognized and supported as artists. No matter their background or history.

We believe in bridging the gap between the freedom within self-publishing and the expertise within traditional paths. Our authors are encouraged to maintain their creative control and direction over their publications while leveraging the resources and reach of a full publishing house. All of our authors have been impacted by the carceral system. This is where our Founder, Richard Gaines, was, inside a California prison, until he found redemption and recreated himself through artistic expression.

We want to help others do the same or more at CAPITAL GAINES LLC.

Founded in 2017, Richard Gaines and his wife, Andrea Gaines.
